Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Myndpay Concrete wants myndpay.quest to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to build a site that as many people as possible can use. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings in a logical order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Make the site work with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and desktops
- Write in plain, everyday words
- Label every form field clearly
Known Gaps
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@myndpay.quest and we will do what we can to help.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@myndpay.quest and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Keeping at It
Accessibility is never finished. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
