How to Make a Complaint

Everyone who contacts Myndpay Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

• Your experience when calling or messaging Myndpay Concrete
• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps us keep the network honest, and providers that keep falling short may be removed. Note that Myndpay Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@myndpay.quest and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and the outcome you are hoping for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
