How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent provider in our network. Each one runs its own business. Myndpay Concrete is the referral service that makes the introduction. It does not pour concrete or send crews.
What Happens on the First Conversation
First, the provider asks about your project. Next, you describe what you want. Then you decide on a visit.
Expect questions like these:
- Is this a driveway, a patio, or a stamped surface?
- About how large is the area?
- Is there an old slab to remove?
- Does the area slope or hold water?
Have a few photos and rough measurements ready.
Take notes during the talk. A careful provider explains each step in plain words and does not rush you. If something sounds unclear, ask again until it makes sense. You can also ask when the provider could start, since schedules and weather vary.
What to Ask a Provider
Use this list. Write down each answer.
1. Are you licensed and insured where required? 2. What base and thickness do you use for my soil and climate? 3. How will you handle drainage and slope? 4. Will the work include control joints and sealing? 5. What does the written quote cover, and what is extra? 6. How long before I can walk or drive on it? 7. What upkeep do you suggest after the work is done?
If your slab will sit near an older stone or block foundation, ask whether the provider would bring in foundation repair experts first.
You Are in Control
You do not have to hire anyone. You can compare several quotes. You can say no and walk away. Never pay a large sum before you have a written agreement.
